Graduate / Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant

Location: London
Start Date: Summer/Autumn 2026
Salary: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission + Fast-Track Progression

💼 What You'll Be Doing

  • Build relationships with some of the most exciting companies in tech, fintech, and finance
  • Identify, interview, and place exceptional talent in high-impact roles
  • Develop deep knowledge of fast-growing markets such as quant trading, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, and more
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and take real ownership of your work
  • Work towards clear goals with the mentorship of experienced, high-performing consultants
