Location: Wimbledon, Southwest London
Salary: £26,000 base + uncapped commission
Start date: July or September

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant at Harnham, you’ll:

  • Learn how to build relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Source and interview talented professionals in the data industry.
  • Manage recruitment processes from start to finish.
  • Develop business development skills to win new clients and grow your desk.
  • Earn commission on every deal you make, with no threshold.

Your Training and Development

You’ll begin your journey through the Harnham Academy, a structured training program combining classroom learning and on-the-job experience. Starting in a candidate-focused role, you’ll build your market knowledge and develop the skills needed to progress into 360 recruitment, managing both clients and candidates. Our program includes ongoing coaching, regular reviews, and access to senior mentors to help you grow your career quickly and confidently.
