Our client, a fast-growing field sales and marketing company, is looking for confident, outgoing individuals to join their Leicester team as Entry Level Sales Advisors. This is a full-time role with immediate starts available for the right candidates. No experience? No problem. Full product and client training is provided, so you can build real skills and develop a long-term career.

Please Note: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK without any restrictions (Our client is unable to take on international students).

What you’ll be doing:

In this entry-level sales and customer service role, you’ll be connecting with potential customers through residential sales campaigns across the Leicester area. In this self-employed role, you will be understanding customer needs, delivering great service, and presenting your client’s services in an engaging way. You’ll build rapport at the doorstep, answer questions, and ultimately drive sales, allowing you to maximise your earnings through a commission-based pay structure.

What we’re looking for:

  • Positive, outgoing, and confident personality.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Reliable commitment: 3–5 full days per week (Mon–Sat).
  • Strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn.
  • Ability to commute to the Leicester office every working day for morning briefings.
  • Right to work in the UK with no restrictions.

Sales experience isn’t essential – our client values enthusiasm and a can-do mindset! However, successful candidates in the past have come from customer-facing backgrounds such as Retail, Customer Service, Support Work, Hospitality, and Call Centres, or other backgrounds such as Warehouse, Driving, Construction, and Healthcare.
