The Role
As an Entry Level Business Development & Sales Representative, you’ll dive straight into a high-energy, performance-driven environment where effort = results. What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting & Lead Generation – Learn how to identify new opportunities and connect with potential customers through face-to-face campaigns at events, pop-ups, and residential areas.
- Customer Engagement – Be the face of our clients. Build genuine connections, listen actively, and present solutions with confidence.
- Sales Execution – Own the full sales cycle. From first contact to closing deals, you’ll take responsibility for results — and enjoy uncapped earnings for your effort.
- Campaign Development & Feedback – Contribute ideas, analyse performance, and help shape future strategies.
- Teamwork & Collaboration – Train, share wins, and grow with ambitious teammates who’ll push you to be your best.
- Leadership Exposure – Progress quickly into mentoring, project management, and leadership roles as you prove yourself.
