Entry-Level Sales Management Trainee

What You’ll Do:
- Customer Engagement: Speak directly with members of the public to present and promote client services, building rapport, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales.
- Team Collaboration: Work in a supportive team environment to achieve personal and group sales goals. Contribute to a culture where everyone’s success is celebrated.
- Ongoing Development: Participate in hands-on training and development sessions that will equip you with the skills necessary for career growth.
- Progression into Leadership: As you grow within the company, you’ll take on management responsibilities, including mentoring new team members, leading sales campaigns, and managing client accounts. You’ll be taught how to guide and motivate your team, set clear goals, and measure success based on performance.

Sales Management Trainee Duties:
- Team Leadership: Oversee and support new team members as they progress through their own training and development. You’ll help onboard and mentor them in learning sales techniques, client management, and customer service.
- Sales Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of sales campaigns, helping to ensure the team is aligned with client goals. You’ll have the opportunity to lead by example and help drive results.
- Coaching and Mentorship: Develop the skills to coach and motivate your team, offering constructive feedback and guidance. You’ll learn how to hold regular team meetings, set individual performance goals, and provide regular recognition to ensure continuous improvement and morale.
- Performance Management: As you gain experience, you’ll be responsible for tracking your team’s sales performance, helping to set clear objectives, and adjusting strategies to meet targets. You’ll also contribute to problem-solving and improving team efficiency.
- Client Relationship Management: You’ll gain experience in working with clients directly, managing their expectations, and ensuring that the team delivers results that align with the client’s needs.
