At Legacy Horizon, we believe the strongest teams are built by people who take initiative and set the tone for those around them. Leadership here is developed through experience, responsibility, and consistent performance rather than titles alone. As our London campaigns continue to expand, we are looking to connect with someone who is ready to develop their leadership ability while contributing directly to the growth of our team and client campaigns.
This opportunity is suited to someone who has already developed strong people skills through customer facing environments such as hospitality, front of house, or service based roles, and now wants to build on that experience in a more growth focused environment. The ability to communicate clearly, organise activity, and maintain a professional presence are qualities that naturally translate into leadership development.
You will work closely with experienced leaders while gaining hands on experience supporting a team, helping new members develop their confidence, and contributing towards campaign performance and client relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
