As a growing sales and marketing company based in East Croydon, we partner with nationally recognised brands to deliver face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns. We believe in developing talent from within, which is why we promote based on performance, not seniority.
What you'll be doing
- Representing well-known brands through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns.
- Building strong relationships with new customers and delivering excellent customer service.
- Learning proven sales and marketing techniques through hands-on training.
- Assisting with promotional events and campaign execution.
- Developing leadership, communication, and business management skills.
- Working towards individual and team performance goals.
- Supporting the growth and development of the business as you progress.

Previous experience isn't essential
