The Opportunity

This programme is designed for individuals looking to develop professionally in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

  • Working on behalf of recognised UK brands, you'll gain practical experience in customer engagement, sales, and business development
  • Receive structured training and ongoing mentorship from experienced leaders
  • As your skills and confidence grow, you'll have the opportunity to progress into leadership and management roles based on your performance and commitment

What You'll Be Doing

  • Represent recognised client brands through face-to-face customer engagement
  • Support customer acquisition and business development campaigns across London
  • Develop professional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Learn practical sales strategies and commercial awareness through real client campaigns
  • Work alongside experienced managers to understand campaign performance and business operations
  • Contribute to individual targets while supporting wider team objectives

We're looking for individuals who are:

  • Looking for long-term career development and progression

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sports, events, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential.
