Role Overview
Join our global growth team as a Business Development Executive, reporting to the Head of Sales (Europe). The role focuses exclusively on driving new business while collaborating with commercial teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities
KPIs & Targets
- Consistently achieve sales targets
Outreach & Sales Activities
- Proactively contact key decision-makers via:
- Phone
- Social media
- Secure new business, including in-person meetings when appropriate
Sales Process
- Prospect to close: Manage the entire sales pipeline
- Product presentation: Drive sales through demos to prospective and existing partners
Partner Collaboration
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to align Fresha’s solutions with partner objectives
- Develop tailored strategies to meet business goals
Cross-functional Work
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience
Market Insights
- Share trends and industry insights to guide business strategy
Lead Management
- Engage 100% of qualified inbound leads timely
- Document outcomes in the CRM
Business Relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners on commercial activities

Requirements
Essential
✅ 1+ years of B2B sales with a proven track record of success ✅ Prefer experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms ✅ Strong relationship-building instincts ✅ Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively ✅ Curiosity and willingness to grow beyond technical skills

Interview Process
- Screen Call – 30-minute video call with Talent Team
- Skills Assessment – 30-minute video/in-person interview with Team Leads
- Final Assessment – 75-minute in-person with Team Leads & GM (UK & Ireland)
Target timeline: Feedback completed within 2 weeks.
Compensation & Benefits
£30,000 base + £10,000 variable Accelerated commissions upon exceeding targets
