Introduction

Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will blend technology and business - delivering engaging presentation and demonstrations, working directly with clients, and helping drive real sales opportunities. You will build key skills fast, collaborate with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, and Business Partner teams, and play an active role in bringing IBM innovation to life.
Deliver impactful Technical Demonstrations: bring software products to life, through virtual presentations, clearly showing value and addressing client needs Drive Sales Momentum: use digital channels and AI-powered tools to move sales opportunities forward and turn customer interest into results Leverage Smart Technology: work with an AI-enabled stack to simplify the sales process, personalise the engagement and maximise impact
Collaborate across Teams: next to work in close collaboration with your assigned sellers, you will also partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Partners and Solution teams to win together - while immersing yourself in the Sales Centre’s energy - a culture that encourages you to grow, learn, and connect every day.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field Recent graduate with up to 12 months of full-time experience Strong interest in technology and client-facing work Strong communication and teamwork skills Fluency in English
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Exposure to areas such as AI, cloud platforms, software engineering, or data technologies Programming or technical project experience (coursework, internships, or personal projects) Interest in consulting or client solution design
