Environmental Analyst

Environmental Sustainability Analyst

Duration = 6 months (Starting May, Mat Leave) Location = UK (Remote)

About the Role

Do you want to work on complex and pressing sustainability challenges, driving impact in a team that strives for continuous improvement? Join us as an Environmental Sustainability Analyst, helping achieve net-zero emissions by 2050 for Client’s internal operations while fostering broader climate action.

The Environmental Sustainability (ES) team has already overachieved the 2025 emission reduction targets and is now focussing on 2030 interim goals. Your role will support data-driven emission analysis, annual carbon accounting, and external environmental disclosures, including ISO 14001 EMS certification.

Your work will directly influence emission reduction efforts—from engaging colleagues to promote behavioural change, advocating for sustainable procurement, and driving supply chain decarbonization. Given Client’s travel and supply chain emissions, voluntary and mandatory reporting accuracy is critical for maintaining reputation and compliance.

Key focus areas include:

  • Supplier Engagement: Supporting assessments, analysing data, and driving CDP Supply Chain engagement (green hotels, travel nudges, supplier engagement via CDO Supply Chain).
  • Colleague Engagement: Collaborating with Green Teams, fleet managers, and sustainability champions to promote sustainable behaviour change.
  • Reporting & Disclosures: Acting as a PMO (Project Management Office), compiling reports, managing stakeholder inputs, and ensuring audit-ready, high-quality outputs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
