About The Role
We’re looking for environmental management professionals to help shape how AI models understand sustainability, land-use planning, and environmental decision-making. Your expertise will directly influence the quality and accuracy of AI systems used by researchers, policymakers, and organizations tackling critical global challenges.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role—work on your schedule while contributing to cutting-edge AI development.

What You’ll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated environmental management scenarios, analyses, and recommendations
- Assess the quality of AI reasoning related to:
- Sustainability frameworks
- Impact mitigation strategies
- Resource planning
- Identify gaps between theoretical models and real-world environmental practice
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the accuracy and applicability of AI outputs
- Flag misleading, incomplete, or technically flawed environmental content
- Work independently and asynchronously, at a sustainable pace

Who You Are
Core Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in one of:
- Environmental management
- Conservation
- Related interdisciplinary fields
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Sustainability frameworks
- Environmental planning
- Impact assessment methodologies
- Ability to critically evaluate written environmental analyses with confidence and precision
- Demonstrated skill in providing detailed, structured written feedback
- Self-starter with experience working asynchronously and independently in a remote environment

- Advanced degree (Master’s or above) in:

- Previous work with environmental policy or regulatory frameworks
- Familiarity with:
