- Championing sustainability in business waste management solutions while driving revenue growth.
- Keeping abreast of environmental legislation and industry trends.
- Managing prospects and sales pipelines using Microsoft Office and CRM.
- Delivering bespoke, persuasive sales pitches aligned with key customer sectors.
- Achieving quarterly targets through consultative relationship-building.
- Negotiating solution-driven sales that optimise sustainability returns for clients.
- Monitoring personal performance against budgets and profit margins.
- Developing and implementing a personal sales/marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
- Collaborating closely with Technical, Customer Services, and Finance.
Requirements & Skills
We’re searching for a confident, customer-centric professional with the following expertise:
- Proven B2B sales experience in waste management, environmental services, or sustainability-driven sectors.
- Deep understanding of sustainability credentials and evolving green legislation.
- Full UK licence and willingness to regularly travel across the South region.
- Strong ability to build long-term client relationships and secure frameworks.
- Bonus: Experience in outsourced/brokerage models or contract management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM skills (e.g., Salesforce).
