As an Environmental Service Partner, you’ll ensure a safe, clean, and sanitary environment with professionalism and courtesy. Your role includes:

- Maintaining assigned areas of the hospital through cleaning tasks.
- Replenishing supplies and disposable items.
- Transporting and disposing of waste and soiled materials.
Exceptional Skills & Qualifications
- A willing and courteous demeanor when serving others.
- Ability to foster teamwork with peers and staff.
- No license required; high school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory).
- Proficiency in operating/facilitating safety & equipment maintenance:
- Vacuum sweeper
- Trash cart & compactor
- Industrial washer & dryer
- Electric beds
- Flat bed cart

Essential Job Requirements:
- Respects patient, family, and staff confidentiality and privacy.
- Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication.
- Must meet Joint Commission and State Board of Health standards for cleaning.
- Able to lift, bend, push, and pull; requires 8+ hours of standing/walking per day (no lifting restrictions).
- Visual acuity of at least 20/40 (with correction) for near and far tasks.
