Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks in assigned hospital areas
- Replenish supplies and disposable items
- Transport/dispose of waste and soiled materials
- Support teamwork with peers and staff
Essential Skills & Qualifications

English proficiency:
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate effectively

Maintains high-quality cleaning standards as required by:
- Joint Commission
- State Board of Health

Physical requirements:
- Must be able to lift, bend, push, and pull load
- Standing/walking 8+ hours/day – no lifting restrictions
- Must see well (with correction for near/sight, minimum 20 feet+)
Requirements
- No license required
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not mandatory)
Training & Tools
- Proficient use of:
- Vacuum sweeper
- Trash carts and compactor
- Industrial washer & dryer
- Electric beds
- Flat bed carts
