SECONDMENT OPPORTUNITY – 18 MONTHS

£100,493 - £114,951 Inclusive of HCAS

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead one of the most significant transformation programmes in the history of Bromley Healthcare. We are seeking an experienced and inspirational EPR Programme Director to lead the implementation of our new Epic Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system as we transition from EMIS to the shared Apollo Epic platform used across our South East London partners.

Reporting to the Director of Transformation, you will provide strategic leadership for a complex, organisation-wide programme that will fundamentally transform the way care is delivered, recorded and coordinated across community health services. This is more than a technology implementation; it is a major service transformation programme that will improve patient care, staff experience, productivity, quality, safety and organisational performance.

We are looking for a credible and experienced programme leader who has successfully delivered large-scale Epic implementations and can bring the vision, energy and expertise required to guide Bromley Healthcare through this exciting period of change. Experience of implementing Epic within a community healthcare provider is highly desirable.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
