We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ERP Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system supports business objectives and operational efficiency. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, recommend system improvements, and support ERP implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP solutions.
  • Configure, test, and support ERP modules to meet business requirements.
  • Create business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
  • Coordinate with developers, vendors, and project managers during system implementations and upgrades.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather business requirements.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of ERP enhancements.
  • Develop user training materials and provide end-user training and support.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with ERP systems.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Infor, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and business analysis tools.
