About the Role
Guided by a clear passion for accelerating improvement initiatives, the Change Manager will support multiple transformation projects across our NHS subsidiaries using evidence-based methods. From planning and development through to execution, you’ll champion effective change practices which will drive positive shifts in the way patients receive care.
Key Responsibilities
- Wear multiple change roles depending on different project requirements
- Engage with stakeholders from senior management through to frontline teams
- Develop and implement training programs to equip staff for change adoption
- Drive empirical process maps, stakeholder engagement plans and communication strategies
- Monitor implementation progress and make early-course corrections where needed
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate effectiveness of interventions
- Lead continuous improvement efforts in alignment with organisational strategy

The Essentials
- Minimum 7+ years experience as a Change Manager or working in a role with a similar scope
- Strong project management background with well-documented achievements
- Track record of successfully implementing large-scale and multiple change initiatives
- Deep familiarity with best practice in change management, including methodologies like ADKAR or Prosci
- Subject matter expertise in healthcare environments
- Strong grasp of modelling techniques and skills in visually explaining complex change
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Data-savvy approach to proving impact of changes through insight review
- Ability to operate in both advisory projects and live delivery contexts

‘Nice to Haves’
- Experience coaching new change practitioners or mentoring teams
- Experience delivering ongoing business improvement support to front-line staff
- Working knowledge of chat technologies and software tools
- Qualifications in Change Management
Company Benefits
- Attractive salary baseline of £50,142 per annum
- 12-month fixed-term contract (jobs offer flexibility but have deadlines!)
