EPR Fleet Collaboration Project Manager

Sizewell C
Collaboration:
- Facilitate the sharing of data openly between the UK EPRs while upholding intellectual property protections and adhering to data governance policies.
- Identify efficiency-drive opportunities leveraging shared platform technology platforms and surplus Hinkley Point C assets to unlock broader fleet-level benefits.
- Support the development of the EPR Fleet legacy learning strategy to drive cost avoidance, schedule adherence, and enhanced safety and awareness.
- Support the management the HPC-SZC Collaboration Agreement on behalf of SZC, ensuring effective replication from HPC and collaboration across projects.
Performance & Compliance:
- Develop and run the HPC-SZC Collaboration KPIs, ensuring the Collaboration Agreement's contractual obligations are met.
- Maintain processes to ensure EPR Fleet Collaboration's operations align with Sizewell C's regulatory and operational requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Management:
- Build and manage effective relationships across both Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C.
- Act as a bridge between the UK EPRs, facilitating best practice sharing and organizational learning.
- Support the development and implementation of EPR Fleet Collaboration's internal and external communications plans.
Continuous Improvement & Best Practice:
- Identify and drive improvements to EPR Fleet Collaboration performance.
- Apply the principles of continuous improvement
- Drive lessons learnt and knowledge capturing
Qualifications:
- Degree qualified or equivalent relevant experience.
- Recognised Project Management qualification (APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalent) desirable.
- Membership of a relevant professional body desirable.

Experience
- Proven experience of delivering projects within a complex organisational environment.
- Experience of coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Experience of managing project schedules, risks, issues, actions and reporting.
- Experience of preparing governance materials and supporting senior management decision-making.
- Experience within the infrastructure, construction, engineering, energy or nuclear sector would be advantageous.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering outcomes through collaboration, influence and effective project management practices.
