We are supporting an NHS organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced EPR Transformation Lead to play a key role in driving the successful delivery and adoption of its Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme.

This is an opportunity to lead transformation across clinical and operational services, ensuring the EPR delivers measurable benefits, improves patient care, and supports long-term digital maturity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation workstream for a major EPR implementation or optimisation programme.
  • Develop and deliver the EPR transformation strategy across clinical and non-clinical services.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders, clinicians, operational teams, and digital departments to drive programme success.
  • Identify opportunities to redesign and improve clinical and operational workflows.
  • Ensure change initiatives align with organisational objectives and national NHS digital strategies.
  • Oversee benefits realisation, adoption, and post-go-live optimisation activities.
  • Work closely with Programme Managers, Change Leads, Clinical Safety Officers, and technical delivery teams.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and transformation plans across multiple workstreams.
  • Support governance meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
