EPS Technical Operations Planner

Remote Permanent, full-time Competitive salary plus benefits

Are you organised, tech-savvy and driven to support work that protects the environment?

Adler and Allan’s Environmental Protection Solutions (EPS) team is looking for a Technical Operations Planner to join us in a permanent, fully remote role.

EPS helps clients identify and manage environmental risks linked to containment infrastructure. You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly, supporting technical delivery and ensuring high-quality reporting across the UK.


About the Role

  • Manage and update CRM data, including opportunities, quotes, and business information
  • Ensure job and inspection sheets are completed accurately and logged correctly
  • Support multi-service line project collation and reporting
  • Prepare, process, and issue client invoices
  • Provide operational and administrative support across the EPS division
  • Assist with IFS system development, asset reporting, and job pack creation

Qualifications

About You:

  • Experience in IT systems, administration, or technical support
  • Strong Windows OS knowledge and user account management skills
  • Proficiency with asset management systems and troubleshooting
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to deliver operational support and manage multi-faceted projects
  • Background in project coordination or support preferred but not essential
