Equine Groom – Endell Equine Hospital (Salisbury, Wiltshire)

Join our team as our new Equine Groom at Endell Equine Hospital!

We are looking for a groom to join our purpose-built referral hospital on the outskirts of Salisbury, in Wiltshire.


About The Role

You will be based at the hospital, working alongside the hospital team—Specialists, Vets, Interns, Nurses, and PCA's.

Your role will involve supporting high standards of equine care for our patients and clients. Working hours are 7am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and bank holiday cover required.

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Essential equine experience – confident in handling young horses through to competition-level equines
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Willingness to contribute to vital roles including:
    • Mucking out and stabile maintenance
    • Disinfecting stables and equipment
    • Preparing horse feeds
    • Grooming and daily care of inpatients
