Job title: Equity Analyst Q3 2026

Location: Hybrid / 8-12 York Gate, 100 Marylebone Road, London, NW1 5DX

Job type: Full time / Permanent

Start date: Preferably ASAP (depending on availability and notice period)

Salary: TBD (negotiable dependent upon experience)


Credo is seeking a motivated and diligent Equity Analyst to join our investment team in London. Credo manages long-only equity portfolios and a global equity fund, following a bottom-up, fundamental investment approach. In this role, you will work closely with the investment team on company analysis and stock recommendations, while also conducting independent research, financial analysis, and detailed financial modelling.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years’ investment experience, a strong understanding of financial statements, and excellent modelling and analytical skills. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your expertise within a growing, high-performing financial services firm.

Skills & Requirements

  • Over 3 years investment experience required, preferably on the buy side.
  • Deep understanding of company financial statements and modelling.
  • Strong numerical, reasoning, and analytical capability.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, and FactSet.
  • Strong communication and administrative skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive can-do attitude.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessment of equity investment opportunities, including industry and company analysis, building excel models and writing research reports, either independently or as directed by Portfolio Managers;
  • Participation in investment team meetings;
  • Assisting in preparing PowerPoint presentations for investors, performance reporting, newsletters, and communication with relationship managers;
  • Taking co-responsibility for administrative tasks related to managing the UCITS fund such as updating portfolio holdings model, entering dealing orders, reconciliations;
  • Proving assistance to the team with ad-hoc research tasks related to Global Equities and general administrative functions;
  • Assisting in aspects of client service pertaining to equity investments;
  • Initiating own research, monitoring existing equity holdings and making actionable recommendations and
  • Such other activities that are commensurate with the employee’s status as the employee’s line manager or the Board of the Company may reasonably require.

Please Note

The existing working arrangements for this role allow employees to work from home and attend at the office at least 1 day per week, in principle the employee needs to be ready for a full-time return to office, if required.

Candidates must be based, and eligible to work in the UK by the start of their employment.
