About The Team

We’re expanding our Equity Reward offering in London and are looking for an ambitious Senior Manager or Associate Director ready to step into a Director-level role. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the strategy, grow a market-leading client portfolio, and lead complex equity reward engagements—while developing a talented team around you.

About The Role

  • Lead growth in London: set direction for our Equity Reward advisory and compliance offering and help elevate our market presence.
  • Win and deliver work: identify, pursue and convert high-value opportunities, leveraging your network and commercial instincts.
  • Advise at senior level: provide strategic, technically robust advice on share schemes, LTIPs, and tax-efficient equity structures.
  • Own key client relationships: deliver an exceptional client experience, combining responsiveness with strong commercial insight.
  • Drive portfolio performance: support pricing, proposal development, negotiation, WIP management, and profitability.
  • Collaborate across the firm: work closely with Global Employer Solutions, Tax, and specialist teams (e.g., Valuations, M&A, Company Secretarial, Payroll) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Lead and develop people: coach and mentor Managers/Associate Directors; build capability and strengthen technical excellence and innovation.

What We Are Looking For

  • ACA / CTA qualified (or equivalent), or a qualified lawyer, with strong equity reward experience.
  • Track record delivering complex equity reward engagements and advising senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business development capability: able to originate opportunities and convert them into sustainable client relationships.
  • Confidence operating in a fast-paced London market, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience advising listed companies is advantageous.
