Role Description
Strategic Equity Solutions & Financing originator, working across global markets and investment banking to identify corporate equity derivative and fund financing transactions (margin loans, stake building, hedging, monetisation’s, M&A solutions, NAV Financing, Special Situations).

Responsibilities
Origination and structuring of solution and financing transactions Managing transactions execution through documentation, committee approval and client management to term Collaborating with Relationship holders in IBD, Sponsors Coverage, CFS and Global Markets to identify opportunity Adhering to Nomura’s policies and procedures
Skills, Experience, Qualifications And Knowledge Required
A proven track record in of executing equity solution transactions Experience in engaging all relevant business lines Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and internal functions Highly energetic with an entrepreneurial mindset Self-starter with the ambition to build a business and own a product area or regional focus
