Extraordinary Care. Extraordinary Culture. Extraordinary Careers.

At Helping Hands, kindness is our foundation. From our first kitchen-table beginnings to the thousands-strong team we are today, we’re united by one belief: everyone deserves to live well in the place they call home. If you’re passionate about creating meaningful experiences and want a role where your work genuinely helps families find the care they need, there’s a place for you here.

We’re now looking for an ER Advisor to join our Central People team, providing expert ER support across our national care network.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive function where high standards, continuous improvement, and kindness go hand in hand — and where you’ll be trusted to manage complex cases while continuing to develop your professional capability.

Salary: Up to £36,000 per year

Location: Hybrid – Alcester Support Office

The Role

As an ER Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, ER-focused People support across the business. Operating in a regulated care environment, you’ll manage a high volume of cases, including complex and safeguarding-related matters, while ensuring fair, consistent, and legally sound outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
