Extraordinary Care. Extraordinary Culture. Extraordinary Careers.

At Helping Hands, kindness is our foundation. From our first kitchen-table beginnings to the thousands-strong team we are today, we’re united by one belief: everyone deserves to live well in the place they call home. If you’re passionate about using your financial skills to support a purpose-driven organisation and want a role where your work genuinely helps families receive exceptional care, there’s a place for you here.

As part of our growing People function, we’re looking for a highly capable Employee Relations (ER) Manager to lead a market-leading ER service that protects our culture, strengthens capability and supports the business through effective, commercially minded ER expertise. You’ll bring strong technical knowledge, confidence in high-risk case management and the ability to influence senior leaders, while shaping the future of ER within a fast-paced, people-first organisation.

We’re open to hiring someone on either a 6-month fixed-term contract or a permanent basis.

Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
