Job Requirements About the role: This role sits within the ERPA team with responsibility for managing formal employee relations and case management activities. The ERPA Advisor provides expert advice to the business on employee relations matters, handling non-complex cases across misconduct, performance and health and wellbeing. Working firmwide across allocated business areas, the role requires building strong stakeholder relationships with People Consultants and wider People Lifecycle teams.

The advisor applies sound knowledge of employee relations policies to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused guidance that enables effective issue resolution. Experience of case management systems is beneficial, alongside a willingness to develop technical skills to support accurate recording and tracking of cases.

What your days will look like: Leading end-to-end disciplinary and investigation processes, including interviews, evidence review and report writing across conduct, performance and risk matters Providing expert employee relations advice across conduct, performance, health and wellbeing, including handling informal queries and policy guidance Managing health and wellbeing cases, including occupational health referrals, income protection and performance support (e.g. PIPs and appeals) Producing high-quality documentation and maintaining accurate case records in Navex and ServiceNow, while ensuring GDPR compliance and supporting projects and process improvements
