PR & Partnerships Manager
Erborian is seeking a PR & Partnerships Manager to join its Communications team, working alongside the Senior Communications & Creative Manager, Influencer & PR Manager, and Social Media & Influencer Officer. This newly defined role will take ownership of PR and partnerships, acting as the PR representative for Erborian in the UK market.
The successful candidate will lead day-to-day PR activity, media relations, partnerships, and affiliate-driven initiatives, ensuring Erborian remains culturally relevant and consistently visible across earned, social, and commercial channels. Strong beauty PR experience and an established network of UK media contacts are essential. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, commercially minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What Will You Do?
- Lead UK PR strategy across product launches, campaigns, and always-on brand activity.
- Build and nurture relationships with media, editors, influencers, retailers, and brand partners to maximize earned coverage and collaboration opportunities.
- Localise global PR materials and manage media outreach, press communications, events, mailers, and gifting programmes.
- Drive visibility for Erborian's Self Esteem Club through PR, partnerships, events, and community initiatives.
- Manage retailer PR collaborations and identify opportunities to amplify campaigns through PR, influencer, and social channels.
- Oversee paid influencer and affiliate partnerships alongside the Influencer & Community Manager, from briefing and execution to reporting and optimisation.
- Monitor media coverage, campaign performance, EMV, and affiliate results, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
- Manage industry awards submissions and promote award wins across PR, social, digital, and retail channels.
- Identify proactive and reactive PR opportunities, ensuring consistent brand visibility throughout the year.
- Support influencer discovery, community growth, and relationship building in collaboration with the wider Communications team.

The Perfect Candidate:
- 4+ years’ experience in PR and Communications within the beauty industry essential, Partnerships, and Influencer Marketing preferred.
- Strong network of relevant media contacts.
- Proven experience managing PR campaigns and product launches.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing and commercial partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
- Commercially minded with the ability to analyse performance and report on results.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, and retail.
- High level of creativity, with the ability to develop engaging concepts for events, mailers, and storytelling.
