eRetail Account Executive (Skincare)

Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer

Location: London, Hybrid

Package: Competitive salary + annual discretionary bonus

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, analytical eRetail Account Executive to own and grow our relationships with online retail partners (e.g. Get Harley, Flawless Body, Face the Future). It will require building and executing joint business plans and bespoke activations, whilst being the active voice of these customers in internal discussions. There are some other major health driven pure players who are not currently customers but may be in the future. In addition, part of this role will be supporting field sales teams with any eRetail needs for clinics, as well as supporting the business in managing Selective Distribution restrictions.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and eCommerce operations - ideal for someone who loves building partner relationships, multi-functional engagement and digging into the data behind performance. You will develop robust and adaptive strategies aimed at over-achieving KPIs whilst staying true to respective brand equities. The role works exclusively on our skincare brands, covering Obagi Medical, Medik8, Jane Iredale, Epicutis and Dr Levy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
