ERM Project Manager

The Opportunity
We are seeking an outgoing, highly organised, and customer-focused Project Manager to join our Customer Success team. In this client-facing role, your responsibilities will include managing both new onboarding implementations and ongoing service delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
This is an ideal role for a proactive project professional who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships while driving accountability and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Delivery & Accountability
- Lead customer onboarding implementations from initial kick-off through to handover and post-implementation review.
- Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans to guide execution.
- Manage a portfolio of customer delivery engagements, balancing multiple concurrent projects efficiently.

Forecasting & Reporting
- Forecast and report on team utilisation, capacity, allocation trends, and future resource requirements.
- Provide insights on project progress and resource management.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Coordinate sprint activities across Advisory and Analytics teams to align delivery efforts.
- Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring clear communication around scope, timelines, responsibilities, and dependencies.
Risk & Issue Management
- Hold internal delivery teams accountable for agreed actions, delivery dates, and quality outcomes.
- Actively identify and manage risks and issues, escalating where necessary and driving timely resolutions.
Customer Feedback & Improvement
- Manage the post-implementation customer survey process.
- Analyze and report on customer feedback, identifying improvement opportunities.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, implementation management, or Scrum Master roles within SaaS, technology, consulting, or professional services environments.
- Proven experience managing multiple customer-facing implementations or service delivery workstreams concurrently.
- Strong proficiency in project reporting and delivery management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A working knowledge of SaaS implementation practices, including tools like:
- Jira
- Confluence
- CRM platforms
- Project reporting tools
- A positive, proactive approach with a customer-centric mindset and a will to foster continuous improvement.

Preferred (Nice to Have)
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in risk management, governance, compliance, or audit-related environments.
- Experience managing customer feedback programs (e.g., CSAT surveys, NPS, or post-implementation surveys).
- Familiarity with reporting dashboards, PSA tools, CRM systems, or customer success platforms.
