ERP Account Executive
ERP Account Executive
Full sales cycle, new business and account management | Fully remote, UK based
£70,000 base plus uncapped commission, realistic first year OTE around £120,000
About the Role
Our client is a growing ERP consultancy and implementation partner delivering enterprise and mid market transformation projects across the UK. They are hiring an experienced ERP Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, generating their own opportunities, holding credible commercial conversations, and closing and managing the accounts they win, alongside a portfolio of existing accounts to develop.
This is deliberately not a BDR or lead passing role, and it is not generic transactional SaaS sales. It is for someone who already knows the ERP world, enjoys opening strategic conversations, and wants to carry deals through to close and beyond rather than handing them off.
What You Will Be Doing
- Self generating pipeline through outbound activity: phone, email, LinkedIn, networking and targeted campaigns
- Engaging senior stakeholders (CFO, COO, CIO, IT Director, Head of Finance or Operations) at organisations already running ERP platforms
- Holding credible conversations around ERP lifecycle position, transformation drivers, upgrade and cloud migration timing, and vendor frustration
- Qualifying, progressing and closing consulting, implementation and transformation opportunities
- Developing and managing won accounts, and growing a base of existing accounts
- Running strategic target account activity across the ERP install base
- Maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Target Environments
Organisations already operating SAP, Oracle, IFS, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, NetSuite or similar, at upgrade, optimisation, replacement, cloud migration or transformation decision points.
Experience Required
- Direct ERP experience is essential. Generic SaaS or non ERP software backgrounds will not suit. You will have worked within an ERP vendor, ERP consultancy, ERP implementation partner, or an ERP focused sales or recruitment environment. Experience with IFS, Infor, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is ideal, as knowing the market, customers and product cuts the learning curve dramatically, though a strong background in any ERP will be considered.
- Mid market or enterprise ERP sales experience
- Senior stakeholder engagement and consultative, long cycle selling
- Comfort with self driven outbound and full ownership of your own deals
