ERP Change Lead – Ariba

18 month FTC

We are looking for an experienced ERP Change Lead to play a key role in a major SAP ERP Cloud Apps transformation programme, supporting the implementation of Ariba and Fieldglass Statement of Work across our client.

This is an opportunity to lead change management activity across a complex, organisation-wide programme, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, business impacts are understood and managed, and teams are prepared and supported through transition to new ways of working.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the change management strategy and delivery for the implementation of SAP Ariba and Fieldglass SoW across the business.
  • Develop and deliver integrated change, engagement, communication and training plans aligned to programme milestones.
  • Identify, assess and communicate change impacts across processes, roles, systems and behaviours.
  • Build strong relationships with Finance, Commercial, Procurement, Digital, the ERP Programme and wider directorates to support adoption.
  • Work closely with the system integrator, functional leads, the Transformation Office and other change programmes to ensure alignment.
  • Create and maintain change heat maps to identify change intensity, sequencing and potential saturation across the organisation.
  • Coordinate and support a network of Change Champions and Agents, providing the tools, training and guidance needed to enable local change delivery.
  • Monitor and report on change readiness, adoption, risks, issues and benefits realisation.
  • Support business teams through go-live and post-go-live stabilisation, ensuring positive and sustainable change outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
