We’re working with a growing organisation seeking an ERP Engineer to support, optimise, and enhance their ERP platform. You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, resolving user issues, improving processes, and supporting future ERP development initiatives across the business.

Job Description:
- Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for the SYSPRO ERP environment across all business areas.
- Act as a key point of contact for users, resolving incidents, troubleshooting issues, and managing service requests.
- Support ERP optimisation, system improvements, configuration changes, testing, and deployment activities.
- Support SYSPRO integrations with internal systems, third-party applications, and business platforms.
- Support SQL queries, reporting requirements, dashboards, and data extraction activities.

Experience / Skills / Qualifications:
- Proven experience supporting ERP/MRP environments (Syspro is advantageous)
- Strong understanding of ERP processes including manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, procurement, finance, and sales order processing.
- Experience troubleshooting ERP issues and supporting business users.
