ERP Functional Lead

ERP Functional Lead (Finance & Procurement) – Humanoid

About the Role

Humanoid is building the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots with HMND-01 Alpha. As the ERP Functional Lead (Finance & Procurement), you will be the design authority for Humanoid’s ERP system, with deep ownership of Finance and Procurement processes.

This critical role sits within the IT organisation and partners closely with:

  • ERP Programme Manager
  • Business Process Owners

You must blend hands-on design expertise, governance, and execution—not simply theory. Your responsibility spans technical and functional scope:

  • Primary design authority for Finance and Procurement, extending to broader ERP governance.
  • Authority over system integrators, third-party specialists, and future team members.
  • Bridging between Finance/Procurement leadership, technology architects, and operational teams.

What You’ll Do

ERP Design Authority

  • Serve as the functional and solution design authority for the entire ERP landscape.
  • Own end-to-end functional design for Finance and Procurement, establishing configuration standards and design principles.
  • Ensure the system’s consistency, integrity, scalability, and auditability.
  • Review and sign-off solution designs produced by system integrators.

Finance & Procurement Leadership

Lead the design and configuration of core processes, including:

  • Record to Report (GL, AP, AR, Assets, period close)
  • Core Controlling & Cost Structures
  • Procure to Pay (requisition through payment processing)
  • Master Data Structures and Governance
  • Provide light-touch oversight for Order to Cash when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
