About The Role

We’re looking for a talented ERP Manufacturing Engineer to join our Production team at our Segensworth site. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role is responsible for the creation, maintenance, validation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing master data within the ERP system. The role ensures that bills of materials, routings, work centres, production standards, and associated manufacturing data are accurate, controlled, and released in line with business, engineering, quality, and operational requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

Safety and Environmental Compliance

  • Proactively support a safety first, positive, and collaborative team culture
  • Provide technical guidance for risk assessments as necessary
  • Support HSE investigations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Ensure production release aligns with known safe practices

System Ownership

  • Highly efficient creation, maintenance, and validation of ERP Master data, including BOM and routings
  • Ensure Engineering Change Control is correctly applied to all releases
  • Own system updates for both new and existing products
  • Develop rework routings as required to enable product repair
  • Provide validated routings and BOM for NPI and redesigned products

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
