ERP Operative- Day Shift, 4 on 4 off 06:00-18:00 (Green Shift)
The ERP Systems Operative is responsible for processing day to day factory paperwork, including the issue of paperwork for production and receipting ingredients used in our production processes. Working within our food production facility, you will work with our Low-Risk department and other areas to input required data to support our busy production departments.
This is a site-based role at our Bicker facility, reporting to the Low Risk Section Manager, working full-time on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
Primary Responsibilities
- Process day to day paperwork, both issuing and receipting ingredients
- Review the current production plan and create the master WPs
- Review and resolve issues relating to stock compliance
- Monitor and maintain a high standard of stock accuracy to support production plans
- Identify opportunities to improve processes in relation to stock compliance and accuracy
- Use the ERP system (SAP) to support paperwork processing and stock compliance
- Always ensure the health and safety of yourself and others by following company policies, procedures, and safe working practices
- Maintain accurate stock records within the stock management system and investigate discrepancies, variances, and root causes
- Maintain effective stock location structures, labelling systems, and storage standards to support traceability and accuracy
- Working within a Food production environment, you will be familiar with production processes and able to support production and machine operation as required
- Carry out any other reasonable duties or management requests appropriate to the role and level of responsibility

About You
- Confident IT user and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience using ERP system (e.g., SAP) but not essential
- Strong numeracy, high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in relation to the handling and processing of data
- Proactive and self-motivated, with problem solving mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience within a production environment
- Positive in attitude, with a willingness to support and train others
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Ability to work collaboratively and support operational teams where required
