SAP Business Process Manager - 12 Month Contract Role - Hybrid (St. Albans, UK)
On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has an opportunity for a Business Process Manager to join them on a large transformation program. This is a 12 Month contract role, with excellent extension opportunities.
This contract is to start ASAP and will be Hybrid, 2 days on-site in St Albans, UK.
Role responsibility:
- You will be responsible for driving process-led change within a large transformation programme.
- Ensuring projects are delivered effectively while supporting governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- The role focuses on improving and embedding business processes, coordinating teams and suppliers, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring programme objectives, timelines, and business outcomes are achieved.

Specific skills/experience:
- 5+ years experience with SAP Business Processes / Project or Programme Management
- Proven experience with large transformation programmes (S4/HANA experience is a strong preference)
- Extensive experience with planning, governance, and delivery oversight
- RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies)
- Stakeholder management and senior leadership engagement
- Background in Finance domain
- Strong communication skills with English
