We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established organisation currently undergoing a large-scale business and digital transformation programme. As part of this journey, they are looking to appoint an experienced ERP Product Owner to play a critical role in shaping and delivering their enterprise-wide ERP and CRM strategy.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic and customer-focused Product Owner who thrives in complex transformation environments and has strong experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions within Agile delivery frameworks.
The Role
As the Product Owner for ERP & CRM, you will act as the voice of the business and customer, owning the product roadmap and backlog while ensuring development priorities align with organisational goals and customer outcomes.
Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams, suppliers, and technical specialists, you will help drive the successful delivery of a multi-million-pound transformation programme focused on improving operational efficiency, customer engagement, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the D365 ERP & CRM product roadmap in collaboration with programme and business stakeholders.
- Prioritise and maintain the Product & Feature Backlog aligned to strategic business objectives.
- Work closely with Agile delivery teams, Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead backlog grooming sessions and support the creation of clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across operational teams and senior leadership.
- Define product priorities and ensure delivery is focused on business value and customer outcomes.
- Support release planning, forecasting, and delivery timelines alongside Project Managers.
- Drive user acceptance testing, product quality, and customer feedback processes.
- Champion customer-centric design, UX improvements, and best-practice customer journeys.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and act as a collaborative leader across the programme.
- Support organisational change and transformation initiatives linked to ERP & CRM adoption.

About You
We are looking for someone who combines strong product ownership experience with excellent stakeholder management and transformation delivery capability. You will ideally have:
- Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM
- Proven experience delivering ERP/CRM solutions within complex transformation programmes
- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritisation frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories
- Experience working across both technical and business teams
- Strong understanding of customer engagement and operational process improvement
- Experience managing change within large organisations
Desirable Experience
- Experience within consultancy, services, travel, or customer-focused industries
- Knowledge of CRM governance and data management
- Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications
