Day Rate Contract – Travel to West London office
Our client is leading a complex business carve-out and separation programme, and they require an experienced ERP Programme Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. This pivotal role ensures a smooth transition of ERP capabilities to a newly separated entity, enabling operational continuity from Day 1 and driving stability and optimisation post-go-live.
This is a high-profile, time-critical opportunity ideally suited to a strong leader with deep ERP transformation experience spanning both business and technology workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the D365 F&O programme through all phases:
- Design
- Build
- Test
- Deployment
Programme Management & Strategy
- Define and manage an integrated programme plan aligned with separation milestones (e.g., TSA exit, Day 1 readiness)
- Own the design and implementation of the target Operating Model
- Execute the ERP separation strategy, including:
- Data, systems, and process disentanglement
- TSA dependencies and exit planning
- Data migration and archiving (cleansing, extraction, transformation, validation)

Business & Technical Delivery
- Ensure core ERP capabilities are delivered on time, in scope, and within budget:
- Record-to-Report
- Purchase-to-Pay
- Order-to-Cash
- Project-to-Profit
- Lead business readiness, cutover planning, and Day 1 execution, including:
- Hypercare support
- Transition to BAU (Business as Usual) support
- Oversee the integration landscape (OneStream, Data Platform, ISVs, and other systems)
- Manage programme governance, risk, budgets, and reporting
Vendor & Stakeholder Oversight
- Lead and govern System Integrators and third-party vendors, including:
- ISVs for banking connectivity and e-Invoicing
- Engage senior stakeholders across:
- Finance
- Finance SSC
- IT
- Procurement

Essential Requirements
✔ Proven experience delivering end-to-end D365 F&O global programmes ✔ Extensive experience in M&A, carve-outs, or separation programmes ✔ Deep understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and support tools (e.g., DevOps) ✔ Experienced in managing system integrators and offshore delivery models ✔ Strong programme governance, planning, and risk management skills ✔ Proven ability to deliver in time-bound, high-pressure environments
Desirable Experience
🟢 Commercial awareness of TSA (Transfer of Undertakings) management and exit planning 🟢 Knowledge of data carve-out and migration strategies 🟢 Experience in Media and/or Audience Data Analytics sector
