Interim ERP Programme / Sourcing Lead
Lithium3 are supporting a mid-sized client that is looking to replace its legacy ERP platform.
Reporting directly to the CIO, they are seeking an experienced ERP Programme / Sourcing Lead to define and drive the ERP selection process from strategy through to business case.
Initial Scope (approximately 3 months)
Outside IR35.
Mainly remote with being onsite once or twice a month.
- Review the current ERP landscape, processes, and operating model.
- Assess the existing Prima solution and surrounding applications.
- Engage business stakeholders.
- Develop the target ERP strategy and overall sourcing approach.
- Produce and manage the RFI process.
- Define evaluation criteria, governance, and vendor assessment methodology.
- Create the roadmap for the subsequent RFP and selection phases.

Likely Phase 2
- Lead the RFP process end-to-end.
- Manage vendor demonstrations, evaluations, and commercial discussions.
- Develop the investment business case and executive recommendations.
- Support contract negotiations and vendor selection.
- Provide transition into implementation planning.
Required Experience
- Extensive experience leading enterprise ERP selection and sourcing programmes.
- Proven delivery of ERP replacement initiatives within retail, fashion, or multi-site distribution environments.
- Experience managing RFI/RFP processes and vendor evaluation.
- Ability to operate at CIO and Board level while working closely with delivery teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong programme leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
