Role: ERP Project Manager

Location: Fully remote
Type: Full time, permanent

SystemsAccountants are partnering with a well-established ERP Consultancy to source an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software implementation projects. In this role, you will manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through to go-live, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised professional who enjoys working with customers, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects across SaaS and ERP environments.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities across varying levels of complexity.
  • Define, maintain, and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within agreed parameters.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, risk reviews, and go-live planning sessions.
  • Build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
  • Handle project risks, issues, and escalations in a professional and proactive manner.
  • Develop and maintain structured project plans, tracking progress, dependencies, risks, and actions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure delivery readiness and successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including testing, deployment, and go-live readiness materials.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes, standards, and best practices.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
