Interview date: Thursday 06, and Friday 07 August 2026

Are you an experienced ERP professional who enjoys improving systems, influencing business change, and helping organisations get the very best from their technology investment? We are seeking an ERP Specialist to lead the ongoing development, optimisation, and adoption of our Oracle ERP platform, ensuring it continues to support organisational priorities and deliver value across key business functions.

Working within ICT and reporting to the ERP Support & Development Manager, you will primarily collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and Organisational Development, as well as other service areas such as Finance and Procurement on occasion. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will translate business requirements into effective Oracle solutions, promote best practice, and ensure users maximise the platform’s standard functionality while maintaining compliance and governance standards.

This is a highly visible role where you will work with senior leaders, Heads of Service, and professional users to identify improvement opportunities, design new solutions, and coordinate system developments. You will help shape business processes through data-driven insights, manage development work plans, support system integrations, and ensure solutions remain secure, accessible, and aligned with enterprise architecture requirements. You will also champion a self-service culture, driving user adoption and reducing reliance on manual workarounds.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
