Role Overview
Reporting to the Global ERP Manager, this role supports the development, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of the global ERP platform, including Microsoft Navision and Business Central. The postholder will support the transition to Microsoft Business Central SaaS with the Evision construction solution, working with IT, business, project delivery teams, and external partners to provide reliable ERP support across the Americas and Europe.
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent ERP support, maintenance, testing, deployment, and enhancement services for global users across the Americas and Europe.
- Support the transition from Microsoft Navision to Business Central Cloud with the Evision vertical solution.
- Analyse business requirements, assess feasibility, and contribute to solution design, planning, testing, transition, and service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement, standardisation, and effective change management across ERP processes.
- Work with developers, partners, and team members to review, test, document, and deploy changes in line with agreed standards.
Essentials
- Strong English business communication skills; ideally based in Europe.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Navision, Business Central, and/or D365 in an international service environment.
- Knowledge of ERP processes across functions such as finance, commercial, warehousing, manufacturing, and distribution.
- Experience of ERP application management through the full systems lifecycle, including upgrades or implementations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer service, and stakeholder communication skills.

Desirable
- Additional language skills, particularly Polish, German, Spanish, or Portuguese.
- Degree or equivalent experience in IT, informatics, or Microsoft ERP technologies.
- Experience managing suppliers, partners, or third-party support providers.
- ITIL Foundation qualification.
Operational
- Maintain effective relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure ERP services are supported efficiently.
- Work within agreed service catalogue, SLA/OLA, KPI, change control, and documentation requirements.
- Support compliance requirements including audit, data protection, GDPR, security, and disaster recovery.
- Keep up to date with relevant ERP technologies and identify opportunities to improve business performance.
Complexity and Creativity
This role will face several challenges the most significant being:
- Supporting a complex and changing global ERP landscape while legacy systems are rationalised and upgraded.
- Balancing support, enhancement, and project work within a small, globally distributed team.
- Maintaining clear, current documentation for requirements, change control, testing, deployment, regression, and operational support.
- Managing business demand professionally while ensuring service procedures, controls, SLAs, and KPIs are met.
