ERP Systems Developer – North Lincolnshire / hybrid
£50,000 - £70,000 + Great benefits
My client is a leading manufacturing business, who require an experienced ERP Systems Developer to take ownership of the development of data and reporting systems that support complex business operations. You will improve data accessibility, simplify reporting structures and enhance operational decision-making.
About the Role
As a Systems Developer, you will have a track record of modernising legacy environments and giving structure and clarity to complex systems. This role would suit someone who wants to define and deliver a long-term modernisation roadmap rather than provide short-term fixes. You will have excellent communications skills and influence how the organisation evolves, working with both technical and business stakeholders.
This role will be based in North Lincolnshire, but flexible working is an option for the right candidate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
