Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled IFS Technical Analyst to build and deliver technical solutions supporting our ERP platform. The role involves collaborating with senior users, business analysts, and suppliers to ensure our ERP system meets the needs of our rapidly growing organization. Responsibilities

  • Understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions, considering the associated business impact of build choices and decisions.
  • Collaborate with project teams and functional consultants to provide technical solutions.
  • Strict adherence to project plans and deadlines.
  • Build and develop application integration solutions.
  • Deliver data migrations flawlessly.
  • Balance BAU support (Business as Usual) and project work effectively.
  • Document technical specifications and processes as part of implementing change requests.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of:
    • The technical architecture of IFS Apps 9.
    • IFS Cloud technical architecture.
  • Experience with IFS Cloud/V9 implementation projects in a technical capacity, aiding in successful deployment and configuration.
  • Methodical, analytical, and detailed approach to troubleshooting problems.
  • Dedication to company software engineering process guidelines and standard methodologies.
  • Strong collaborator with proven ability to work well with others.
  • Practical experience in deploying distribution, finance, or manufacturing solutions.
  • Familiarity with software and hardware tools used for delivering IFS solutions.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software.
  • Enthusiastic with ability to work independently and require minimum supervision.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in IFS Applications Development, with over 2 years working on IFS Cloud.
  • IFS Developer Studio expertise:
    • Custom Object development.
  • IFS Reports/Quick report build and development.
  • IFS data migration experience.
  • Debugging and problem identification in IFS.
  • 5+ years’ experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL.
  • Enterprise application integration experience.
  • Excellent team player with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and experience collaborating with end-users.
  • Understanding of IFS functional areas, such as Supply Chain and Finance.
