We also provide maintenance and repair services. Job Description Escalator Engineer- Days - Greater London - at Stannah – Join Our Team! Location: Greater London (including Gatwick & Stansted rail stations) Hours: 7:00 – 19:00, 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts with 45-minute unpaid break). Salary: Basic salary up to £58K (depending on skills and experience) + Overtime + Benefits and Paid Door to Door. Join Stannah as an Escalator Engineer working across some of the UK’s busiest transport hubs, including key rail and underground sites. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of high-profile escalator systems, ensuring safe, reliable operation across your London patch. You will be servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of escalators and moving walkways across major rail and underground sites. This includes working on specific equipment such as KONE TM, RTV and RTK units, Schindler 9300 escalators, Anlev systems, and Otis 506 NCE equipment. The work is varied, technical and fast-paced, requiring strong fault-finding skills across both mechanical and electrical systems. Your patch will cover all of Greater London, with additional work at Gatwick Airport station and Stansted Airport station. The role is focused on transport infrastructure, meaning you will be working in high-profile, safety-critical environments but without the need for wide regional travel.
