ESG Lead

Partnership and Company Overview We are partnering with a B-Corp accredited FMCG manufacturing business that operates a truly global supply chain and serves an international customer base. Driven by ethical practices and sustainability, they are a purpose-led organisation experiencing brilliant growth.

As they expand and pass new compliance thresholds, they are heavily investing in their internal governance. They are now seeking a visionary ESG Lead/Officer to step into a brand-new, highly impactful role.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to build and shape an ESG reporting function completely from scratch, moving the business from reactive data collection to a proactive, world-class framework and becoming the company’s "go-to person" on all ESG-related matters.

While the initial priority lies heavily on People, CSR, and Supply Chain reporting, we will work closely with the wider environmental sustainability teams to ensure the business stays fully ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities of the ESG Lead/Officer

  • Build the Framework:
    • Design process maps, governance structures, database systems, and controls for all non-financial and ESG reporting from the ground up.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
