Migration Strategy & Execution
Owns ESP migration strategy end-to-end: audit of legacy platform configuration, migration roadmap, phased cutover planning, and post-migration validation.
Architects data migration approach (subscriber data, engagement history, segmentation logic, suppression/consent records) to preserve deliverability and compliance continuity across the switch.
Independently rebuilds and QAs flow logic, segmentation, and automation parity between source and destination platforms — no functionality or personalization lost in transition.
Defines and owns the testing/validation protocol for a migration (seed testing, deliverability monitoring, rendering QA) before and after go-live.
Builds migration timelines that account for enterprise complexity — integrations, custom events, multi-brand or multi-region instances.
Ongoing Lifecycle Strategy & Ownership
Independently owns lifecycle strategy end-to-end across email and SMS for an assigned portfolio — list growth, activation, retention, and revenue optimization — beyond the migration engagement itself.
Builds monthly/quarterly content calendars with clear, data-backed rationale behind themes, segmentation, and testing approach.
Defines testing methodology and drives continuous improvement of the lifecycle roadmap.
Translates performance data into clear, actionable strategy and exec-ready reporting without senior review.
Technical Platform Expertise
Expert-level, hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Braze required — able to work confidently in both as source and destination platforms.
Iterable, Attentive, Postscript, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a strong plus.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
