Role at a Glance

Position: Digital Marketing Coordinator Contract: One-year fixed-term contract Location: Fully remote (Republic of Ireland) or Hybrid (Northern Ireland) Reports to: Head of Marketing Experience: Graduate level (up to 2 years* of experience) Sector: B2B Technology / GIS / Location Intelligence

You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Executives, helping to drive campaigns, content, and digital performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Generation

    • Support B2B lead generation initiatives
    • Track campaign performance across channels
  • Events

    • Manage the events calendar, including webinars and industry conferences
    • Provide event management support for both internal and external company events
  • Website Management

    • Maintain and update the Esri Ireland website using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
    • Ensure content is fresh, accurate, and optimised
  • Email Marketing

    • Contribute to design, delivery, and performance tracking of email campaigns
    • Work with CRM and email automation platforms
  • Social Media

    • Create and schedule content for platforms like LinkedIn, engaging our growing community
  • Digital Asset Creation

    • Develop visuals for campaigns, including graphics, presentations, and multi-format content
  • Agency Management

    • Brief, manage, and review output from external partners (PR, Design, Video agencies)
